Tamarac Exchange Center
A two-building warehouse structure consisting of more than 360,000 square footage. Tamarac Exchange has been the first of many multi-building projects for RCX. This is one of our total package projects that includes foundation, SOG, tilt wall panels, ramps, stairs, aprons and more. An excellent challenging structure our team has been proud to be a part of.
Compass Self Storage
This project consists of 16 individual buildings! One particular building has 3 levels, 2 elevators, and exterior wall sof solid 9” concrete. Compass Self Storage is another one of our total package projects. In this package a total of 9 towers were included, with one decorative tower in the NE corner for unique view of the full beautiful storage place.
